At METROLEX, we prepare and ship your orders within a maximum of 48 hours after payment is received.

Each package comes with a tracking number that you will receive by email as soon as it is shipped, allowing you to track your order in real time until delivery.

Shipping fees include preparation, packaging, and transport. Packaging costs are fixed, while transportation fees vary depending on the weight and destination.

To minimize costs, we recommend that you group your items into a single order.

Easy and Free Returns

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it for free, with no additional charges. A prepaid return label will be provided, and your refund or exchange will be processed as soon as we receive the package.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a personalized tracking link. You can also check your order status directly from your METROLEX account.
